This is me at my home gym 061311 at age 57. My weight in this pic is 135 pounds. I had just finished my morning jog, sprinted 200 meters and bench pressed 135 pounds/18 reps after a warm-up set of 115 pounds/12 reps and 125 pounds/10 reps. Then I did a tricep workout and shot this pic. I work out with weights 3-6 days per week for no more than an hour. My diet and lifestyle are outlined in my book Never Get Another Cold.
